You now have an understanding of the 7 Mindset Mastery Principles. It’s time to take some action steps to begin to increase your level of personal mastery. Below are some steps to help you begin to implement these principles in your life. I have the privilege of helping people from all over the world with mindset mastery through the Fit, Fab and Fulfilled Mastermind we use the 7 Mindset Mastery Principles to create lasting change. Change is usually not easy. To make this transformation as easy as possible, I’ve provided three principles to help you get started. Select at least one of the following areas to focus on for the next 30 days to jumpstart your transformation:
- Focus on Creation: Write a vision and clearly defined goals. This will help you begin to identify the actions necessary to move your life forward.
- Focus on Acceptance and 100% Responsibility: What might you choose to accept to create positive change in your life or business? Where can you take 100% Responsibility? Take some time to journal about how sitting in acceptance and taking 100% Responsibility can create positive change in your life.
- Focus on Guiding Principles for Success: Often when life feels stuck or moving in the wrong direction, it is because you have lost sight of the core values and beliefs that guide you. Write out 8 core values that will guide you on your journey towards success.
You now understand the 7 Guiding Principles and have begun to focus on creating change in one area. Take time to journal and reflect and focus on your chosen area. You are on your way to creating your foundation for improved mastery. In our next conversation, we will begin to take a deeper look at the 5 Areas of Mastery.
