You are now aware that your mindset is your thinking. It is the lens to which you view the world. It is said that when you change the way you see the world, the world changes. Changing your thinking can at times feel like walking from the dark into the light. Let’s begin your Mindset Mastery journey by giving you some feedback and clarity on the lens to which you presently see the world.
Now it’s time to find out what you can do to increase your Mindset Mastery. Use what you learned in the video to assess your level of Mastery and calculate your score.

If your score is between:
1-3: Mindset Mastery Tip – Explore an event from your past that you perceive as negative. What will you choose to learn from this event? How can you use this learning to move your life forward?
4-6: Mindset Mastery Tip – Write down a negative belief you have about money or your health. How has that belief impacted your results? If you replace this belief with a new possibility or belief what might it be? Live you next 30 days from your new belief then write about the experience.
7-10: Mindset Mastery Tip – Identity and area in your life where you have been impatient and not seeing the results you desire (health, savings). Now write down two things you can do for the next 30 -60 days to move towards your desired outcome. Ensure the two items are simple changes yet if consistently applied will result in a visible change.
I have learned that changing my think is challenging without support, feedback and accountability. I am often told by members that the Fit, Fab and Fulfilled Mastermind is a great environment for support, feedback and accountability. This year-long mastermind allows men and women to come together and engage in a conversation that increases their self-knowledge and personal insight. The safe and supportive environment allows each member to strive to explore the thought and beliefs that impact their mastery and their results.
